Through scientific approach of positivity, a mindful yoga flow and an applied introduction to the KonMari™ method you will feel empowered and motivated to move towards the brighter side of life.
In this workshop we will introduce Positive Psychology and the science-based principles and practices for a happy and meaningful life.
According to Positive Psychology, a positive mindset can help us:
live a happier and healthier life
bounce back from adversities in life
make meaningful connections with others
become better versions of ourselves
We will focus on Positivity and talk about the methods we can use in order to introduce it in our lives.
The scientific approach will be followed by a mindful yoga flow. We will experience a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts and feelings as well as explore parts of our body, release tension and feel more inner space. We will practice with the mindfulness of breath leading to a feeling of happiness and joyful relaxation.
And finally, through an applied introduction of the KonMari™ method, we will find out about how our positive mindset can be enhanced by keeping in our living space only things that spark joy.
We will have a look at the principles of the KonMari™ method before we try practical exercises like folding and hanging clothes.

10:45-12:15: Mindful Yoga Flow (all levels) with Nadine Kleissler, Certified yoga teacher
12:15-13:15: Lunch break (not included)
13:15-14:45: "Introduction to the KonMari™ method" with Béa Bänziger, Certified KonMari™ Consultant
